Your whole project on one screen: the status of every unit and every defect, wherever you are – on site, in the office or abroad.
of construction cost goes to rework on average. On a €20 million project, that’s about €1 million.

A photo, the status, who’s fixing it and by when. About 30 seconds per unit. Nothing to install. It runs in the browser.
Every defect is on record with a photo and a deadline. Nothing gets lost in a chat any more.

These are sample screens. A unit can be an apartment, a villa or a townhouse. We tailor the design, logo and fields to your company.
For every unit you can see what’s been signed off, what has defects and what hasn’t been checked yet. Before you pay a contractor for a stage, you’ll know whether your engineer has signed it off.

We take the render you already show buyers and mark every unit on it. The colour tells you where each one stands.
Window reveals unfinished. Cedar Finish, due 30 Oct. 3 photos.
Drag the divider to compare. Hover overTap a unit to see the details.
We’ll have it running on one block within five days.
Spin the building and click any unit to see its status, who’s fixing it and by when. Your render is enough to start. If you want a 3D model too, we build it from your architect’s drawings.
How far behind schedule you are and why, which contractor has the most defects and how fast they fix them, which work gets redone most often. It all comes from your site manager’s and site engineer’s updates, so there’s nothing extra to fill in.
This is an example. You choose which numbers to track, and we calculate them from your schedule, your stages and your own sign-off standards.
Part 3 of 3
Percentage complete, fresh photos and what’s been done since the last update. No filming or editing: it’s built from your site manager’s updates, and you look it over before it goes out. Send it weekly, monthly or whenever you need. Buyers simply get an email: no app, no login.
Buyers abroad see their home taking shape and ask “when’s handover?” less often.
For you, your site engineer and your office team. It all runs in the browser on your computer.
Everything we need fits in one email and a 20-minute call.
your render, units of one block, your current-stage checklist and contractors.
on one block, using your checklist. We handle all the setup.
your site manager updates units, your engineer signs off, and you get a summary at the end of the week.
If you keep it, we add the other blocks, 3D and project stats and start billing. If not, you owe nothing. Extra work is quoted separately.
They can’t. Your site manager only marks a defect as fixed. A unit is marked Done by whoever you choose: your site engineer, your supervising engineer or you. Every update has a photo, a name and a time. If your site manager skips a day, you’ll see it the next morning, because those units won’t have fresh updates.
In a chat, photos and messages scroll past, and a week later you can’t find what you need. Here every unit has its own status, photos, who’s fixing it and by when. And updating a unit is quicker than sending a photo to the chat and adding a caption.
The app works in any language, and everyone sees it in their own. Contractors barely have to type anything: a photo and a status. They don’t even need an account: just send them the snagging list as one PDF with photos and due dates.
Your engineer inspects exactly as before; the only difference is that the results go into the app. You and your contractors see everything they find in one place instead of separate reports, and buyers get the summary by email.
No. Your architect and engineers sign off as before, and the app doesn’t check the build against your permit. What it does is keep each unit’s history with photos and dates: what was found, who fixed it and who signed it off. That helps at handover, and if a buyer raises a defect years later.
Every unit has a checklist of work items: structure, MEP, finishing and so on. The percentage shows how much of that checklist is closed, per unit, per block and for the whole project. We set up the checklist and the weight of each stage to match your schedule at launch.
Trying it is free. The price depends on the number of units and blocks, and we’ll quote it on a call. Extra features and services are billed separately.
You do. Photos and history are stored on a dedicated server in the EU and backed up daily. Only people you add have access. If you ever decide to leave, we export everything to Excel and PDF.
Within five days, we launch a minimal working version on one block: a live tool running on your own data and checklist. There’s no upfront payment, and you pay only if you decide to keep using it. Every unit’s history builds up from day one, so the sooner you start, the more complete it will be at handover.
