DoneDefectsUrgentDemo project, sample data

Right now, you hear about problems in a group chat. Or when you walk into the unit yourself

  • An investor asks “when’s handover?”, and you don’t know what’s actually finished
  • The contractor got paid for a stage the inspector never signed off
  • At handover, the buyer finds the defect your site manager “closed” a month ago
5–9%

of a build budget goes to rework. Half of that comes from defects that got forgotten or that nobody owned.

Part 1 of 3

Your site manager logs each unit from their phone

A photo, the status, who’s fixing it and by when. About 30 seconds per unit. Nothing to install: it runs in the browser.

Every defect is on record with a photo and a deadline. Nothing gets lost in the chat anymore.

Switch floors at the top. For every unit you can see what’s been signed off, what has defects and what hasn’t been checked yet.

Part 2 of 3

See the whole project on your own render

We take the render you already show buyers and map every unit on it. The color tells you where each one stands.

Your project in 3D

Spin the building and click any unit to see its status, who’s fixing it and by when. Your render is enough to start. If you want a 3D model too, we build it from your architect’s drawings.

Part 3 of 3

Investor reports that build themselves

Percent complete, fresh photos and what’s been done since the last report. It all comes from your site manager’s updates, you just look it over before it goes out. Send it weekly, monthly or whenever you need. Investors get a regular email.

Investors get the answer to “when’s handover?” before they even ask.

What else you get

For you, your inspectors and your office team. It all runs in the browser on your computer, nothing to install. These are sample screens. We’ll design yours to fit your company.

How to try it

What we need from you: your render, unit list, contractor list and a 20-minute call.

1You send us your data

your render, unit list and contractors

2Within a week, we build a minimal working version

on your project, just the essentials. We handle the setup

3You use it for a week

your site manager logs units, you see the project on your render

4Want to keep using it? Then you pay

and the service keeps running. Extra features and services are billed separately. If not, you pay nothing

Common questions

My site manager won’t have time for this

One unit takes about 30 seconds: a photo, the status and who’s fixing it. That’s quicker than sending a photo to the chat and adding a caption. Nothing to install: it opens in the phone’s browser. If your site manager skips a day, you’ll see it the next morning: those units won’t have fresh updates.

Our contractors are Thai and don’t speak English

The app works in any language, and everyone sees it in their own. Contractors barely have to type anything: a photo and a status. You don’t even have to give them access. Just send them the defect list as one PDF with photos and deadlines.

We already have a site inspector

Your inspector stays and checks things the same way, they just log the results in the app. Your site manager marks a defect as fixed, but a unit is only marked Done once the inspector signs it off. You, your investors and your contractors see everything they found in one place instead of separate reports.

Where does the percent complete come from?

Every unit has a checklist of work items: structure, MEP, finishing and so on. The percentage shows how much of that checklist is closed, per unit, per building and for the whole project. We set up the checklist and the weight of each stage to match your schedule at launch.

Do we need a 3D model?

No. The render you already show buyers is enough: we map the units right on it. If you’d like a 3D model too, we build it from your architect’s drawings.

How much does it cost?

Trying it is free, with no upfront payment. You only pay if you decide to keep using it. The price depends on the number of units and buildings, and we’ll quote it on a call. Extra features and services are billed separately.

Who owns the data?

You do. Photos and history are stored on a dedicated server and backed up daily. Only people you add have access. If you ever decide to leave, we export everything to Excel and PDF.

Try it free on your project, then decide

In a week, we build a minimal working version on your own data. It’s a live tool, not a mockup. No upfront payment: you pay only if you decide to keep using it.
